Alert Manager Enterprise (AME) includes a set of built-in reporting dashboards and supports adding custom dashboards.
Prebuilt Reports
Events Overview
The Events Overview dashboard displays all events within a selected time range.
Filters:
- Time Range
- Tenant
- Search Name
Split the "Events over Time" panel by:
- Impact
- Priority
- Urgency
- Status
- Assignee
- Event Title
- Tags
KPI Report - Resolved Events
The Resolved Events KPI Report provides insights into resolved events.
The "Average Resolve Duration [h]" panels show data only for events created and resolved within the selected global time range.
Filters:
- Time Range
- Tenant
- Search Name
Split the "Average Resolve Duration" panel charts by:
- Assignee
- Search Name
- Priority
- Tags
KPI Report - Event Status
The Event Status KPI Report tracks event lifecycles, starting with a created event (immediately followed by new or suppressed status) and ending with closed.
Filters:
- Time Range
- Tenant
- Search Name
- Assignee
- Tags
- Event ID
SLA Report
The SLA Report details fulfilled and violated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Only events in the done state are displayed.
Filters:
- Time Range
- Tenant
- SLA Name
Custom Reports
To add a custom report to the Reports menu, prefix the view name with ame_custom_report_, e.g., ame_custom_report_management_report.
