Events Overview
This dashboard gives an overview of all events in the selected timerange.

The Events over Time Panel can be Split by:
- Impact
- Priority
- Urgency
- Status
- Assignee
- Event Title
- Tags
KPI Report - Resolved Events
The Resolved Events KPI Report
shows information about resolved events.
The Average Resolve Duration in [h] panels only shows values for events created and resolved within the Global Time Range.
This dashboard supports the following filters:
- Timerange
- Tenant
- Search Name
The Average Resolve Duration Panel Charts can by split by (over/by-clause):
- Assignee
- Search Name
- Priority
- Tags
KPI Report - Event Status
The Event Status KPI Report
shows information about event lifecycles. The lifecycle of an event starts with a created
event,
which is immediately followed by either a status new
or suppressed
event.
The lifecycle ends with the status closed
.
This dashboard supports the following filters:
- Timerange
- Tenant
- Search Name
- Assignee
- Tags
- Event ID
SLA Report
The SLA Report
shows information about fullfilled and violated SLAs.
Only events that are in done
state will be shown.
The dashboard supports the following filters:
- Timerange
- Tenant
- SLA Name
Custom Reports
To add a custom report to the Reports
menu, the view name has to be prefixed with ame_custom_report_
:
