Community Support
The AME Community Edition (CE) includes community support through:

Community support operates on a best-effort basis, with response times typically within 2-3 business days. While we aim for high-quality app development, we recommend the Enterprise Support offering for production use.
Enterprise Edition
The AME Enterprise Edition includes all Community Edition features, plus additional capabilities and support based on your subscription. See Features for a current feature list.
Enterprise Support
Enterprise Support provides:
- Business hours support (CET, 08:00–17:00) with a 4-hour First Response Time (FRT)
- Access to a Support Portal
- Screen-sharing sessions
- Priority bug fixes
- Priority enhancement requests
