Service Level Agreements (SLAs) allow you to define automated updates and notifications for your events upon violation of a given \ threshold of non-fulfillment. SLA objectives are defined by a set of start and end conditions, a threshold and a set of actions to \ be taken upon violation or fulfillment of the objective.
::note To work with SLAs be sure to first configure the service hours, holidays, and other tenant-wide settings under the Configuration Tab ::
Objectives
SLA objectives define automated updates and notifications for events.
In addition to actions and notifications upon violation and fullfllment, warning thresholds can be set to trigger notifications.
